A supervisor watches the agents above (its peers): their recent conversation is fed into its queue automatically as they work, and it can steer them with peer messages. Leave its Role Soul blank to use the default supervisor brief.

Model, sampling, tools & soul changes take effect on the agent's next turn (it re-initialises). Autonomous, sweep & wake-up interval apply immediately. Leave a numeric field blank to use the default.

This is the default for all agents. Override it per-agent in each agent's settings. Stored in Hermes config format under your data dir.

A cheap out-of-band model reads each agent's activity and writes a short rolling status — monitor a big team by digest instead of reading every chat.

Fallback multimodal model for reading browser screenshots (browser_vision) and finding on-screen elements by description (browser_locate → coordinates for browser_click_xy). Used only when an agent's main model can't read images (checked automatically with a one-time probe); vision-capable main models handle their own screenshots. Must accept image input; served through the same endpoint as the default model. Applies to all agents on save.
